1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States (including the
contiguous 48 states). Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S.
territories may be available for select products and may incur
additional charges.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within [1-3 business days] (excluding
weekends and federal holidays) after your order is placed
and payment is confirmed.
Please note: Processing times may be extended during highvolume periods such as sales, holidays, or in the event of
supply chain disruptions.

4. Shipping Non-Durable Goods
Our products are classified as non-durable consumer goods,
including traditional attar oils and incense.
We take precautions to preserve product quality during
shipping. However, please be aware:
Exposure to high temperatures or delays in delivery may
affect product integrity.
Customers are advised to retrieve delivered packages
promptly to avoid spoilage or damage.
We do not accept returns on opened or perishable
products due to health and safety regulations (see
Return Policy).
5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping
confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up
to 48 hours for tracking information to become available
after shipment.
6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping
address entered at checkout is correct.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to:
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Refused deliveries
Absence at the delivery location
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address,
the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier,
ownership and responsibility for the product passes to the
customer.
We are not liable for:
Packages lost or stolen after delivery
Damages occurring after delivery
Delays caused by shipping carriers
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please
contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We can assist by
providing documentation (e.g.,invoice, tracking).
8. Returns Due to Shipping Issues
Due to the nature of non-durable goods, we do not accept
returns for shipping delays, minor cosmetic damage to
packaging, or customer error (e.g., wrong product ordered).
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or spoiled, please
contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged item and packaging
A description of the issue
We will evaluate claims on a case-by-case basis and offer
resolution where appropriate (e.g., replacement or store
credit).
9. Changes to This Policy

Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes
become effective immediately upon posting on our website.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. General Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, which include non-durable
consumer goods (traditional attar oils and incense), all sales
are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on:
Opened or used products
Items with tampered packaging
Products damaged due to improper storage or handling
after delivery
Products returned without prior authorization
2. Exceptions - Damaged, Defective, or
Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you
must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing
info@universalstimulations.com
Please include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the product and packaging
A description of the issue
Upon review, we may offer one of the following remedies:
A replacement product (shipped at our cost)
Store credit
Partial refund (at our discretion)
We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet our
return policy requirements.
3. Non-Returnable Items (for Safety &
Compliance)
Due to federal and state safety regulations, the following
items are strictly non-returnable:
Personal care or hygiene products (traditional attar oils)
Items with safety seals that have been broken
Products with a shelf life under 6 months

3. Storage & Shelf Life
We do not assume responsibility for product degradation due

Improper storage (e.g., exposure to heat, sunlight, or
constant oxygen)
Delays in pickup or retrieval after delivery
Expiration due to delayed usage

The FDA does not evaluate or approve cosmetic products
before marketing, provided they do not make drug-related or
therapeutic claims.
Accordingly, Universal Stimulations LLC ensures that all Attar
Oils:
Are intended for external use only.
Do not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any
disease.
Are produced and labeled in compliance with U.S.
cosmetic safety and regulatory standards.
This policy statement ensures that Universal Stimulations
LLC maintains full transparency and compliance in all
labeling, marketing, and distribution practices for its Attar
Oils product line.
